The Junction brings new affordable housing to Frederick, Maryland, with 179 residences across two four-story multifamily buildings. ZA+D served as the supervising architect for the development, in partnership with GDC and Taft Mill Group, helping bring much-needed affordable housing to the Frederick community.

The Junction was designed to support both comfort and connection, with shared amenities including a fitness room, business lounge, community room, and outdoor courtyard, providing residents with spaces to work, gather, relax, and connect.

With construction now complete, The Junction is actively leasing and welcoming residents into their new homes.
