This project involved the complete demolition and redesign of the existing community and leasing office, pool house, pool, and structured parking to create a modern and functional environment for residents. Located in Washington, DC, the redevelopment focused on enhancing the overall aesthetic and usability of the amenities, delivering a refreshed and inviting space that aligns with contemporary living standards. The project was successfully completed in 2018.
