Renovations to three three-story apartment buildings in Washington, DC updated 36 dwelling units and common areas to improve functionality and comfort. Work included new electrical distribution and lighting, fire detection and alarm systems, upgraded kitchens with new appliances, water-efficient bathrooms, and refreshed wall, ceiling, and floor finishes. Additional amenities were added, including a programmatic suite with workstations and conference space, upgraded common laundry rooms, and an outdoor community patio, creating a modern and welcoming environment for residents.
