Extensive renovations to an original 1883 farmhouse that was severely damaged by the 2012 Storm Sandy.  After the initial site walk, it was determined that the addition that was once added needed to be demolished and a new addition to be reconstructed using the existing foundation.  Converting the farmhouse over to a 6,000sf of rental commercial spaces was deemed the best use for this renovation.
