The fit-out of 26,000 square feet of office space in Washington, DC was completed for the rapidly growing Uber Office franchise, which provides micro-sized office spaces for tech, start-up, and satellite companies. Located in the historic 1940s Ring Building on M Street, the two floors that now make up “Uber Dupont” were stripped to expose the building’s concrete infrastructure, creating a modern industrial aesthetic that blends character with functionality.
