Renovations to 160 unit apartment complex.  This project had the extensive undertaking of replacing the central plan system which the new system provides energy efficient heating and cooling to the entire building.  5% of the units were completely renovated to be handicap accessible.  All new finishes were installed in all common areas.  A brand new reconfigured lobby and community space were included in the renovations.  Exterior improvements include statement signage and fiber cement cladding.  Project met Enterprise Green Communities requirements.
