Extensive renovations were completed on an original 1883 farmhouse in Frederick, MD that had been severely damaged by Storm Sandy in 2012. After the initial site walk, it was determined that a previous addition needed to be demolished and rebuilt using the existing foundation.
The farmhouse was converted into 6,000 square feet of rental commercial space, making the best use of the property while preserving its historic character.
