Dwelling unit and common space interiors are revamped to include high-efficiency HVAC and lighting systems, sustainable and bright finishes, accessibility upgrades, state-of-the-art life safety systems, improved thermal envelope, and updated and ample kitchens and baths. Site development has now provides a usable landscape with terraced levels. Articulated brick masonry, opened “juliette” balconies, a strikingly contemporary cornice line, and a splaying main entry patio, are all features to bring evidence to the new community within.
